If you were doing updates on your website and accidentally clicked away from the update page while the updates were happening your website might get stuck in 'maintenance mode'.
This can also occur if you have automatic updates set for your website and an update gets stuck.
To fix this error:
1 - Log into your cPanel (how to access your cpanel)
2 - Open your file manager
3 - Choose the 'public_html' folder then click on the 'settings' button at the top right.
4 - Delete the '.maintenance' file.
Now go back to your website and refresh the page.
Your website should load right up.
If you still have issues open a ticket and our support team will take a look for you.
If you have an FTP client you can also find and delete the file from there.
