Yes of course. You can upgrade anytime. Adding more space is inexpensive. But if you need to add more websites you will have to upgrade your main plan in the client area.
No, we have in-house developers that are available to help you at an additional cost of $150/hr. We also have managed hosting plans available for those who do not want to handle updates or maintenance themselves. We do highly recommend you work with a developer to maintain your website. Automate WP will take care of any server issues. We got your back 100%. But for website changes and issues that may arise due to plugin issues or website updates, it’s best to have a developer handy to guide you.
For our valued customers in the client area, we currently have a support ticket system (live chat and phone support coming soon). We monitor your website 24/7/365 and our technical team is always on board to make sure your website uptime is over 99.9%. Our customer support hours are currently 9am-6pm. But if you open a support ticket after hours we will get back to you ASAP (even after support hours).
The done-for-you website comes pre-built with a beautiful mobile responsive premium design, an eCommerce shop, a blog, a contact page with forms, a SEO plugin, and a lot more automated features.
