There are 3 ways to fix your website if it crashes:

Option 1

Restore a backup of your website from the cPanel. Automate WP automatically saves backups daily and weekly. There backups can be found in your cPanel under 'Jet Backups'

To do this search for 'File Backups' in your cPanel:

Then choose the daily or weekly backup 'File Manager' option:

Clicking on 'File Manager' will take you to an actual file explorer where you can choose specific files and folders to restore.

Choose the files/folders you want to restore and click 'Restore Selected'

It's that simple. No need to contact support to restore your files.

Option 2

Open a customer support ticket in your Automate WP client area and let us know what happened.

Please provide us with as many details as you can about what happened before the crash.

This will help us troubleshoot faster.

IMPORTANT: Please note that fixing a crashed website is not part of Automate WP support unless you're on a Premium, Custom, or VPS plan.

If it is something fast we can fix then we will take care of it for you. But if the problem is more complex there may be an extra charge for this service.

Option 3

Work with a web developer to help you fix the issue. It's always a good idea to have a web pro ready to handle issues like a crashed website.
